SIGN CONE LICENSING
Sign Cone and Design is a federally Registered Trademark in the U.S.A. As well, there is also a design patent pending - see LEGAL. Owners of federally Registered Trademarks and other Intellectual Property rights (licensors) enjoy a number of privileges similar to that of real property owners. This includes the right to exclusive use of the property throughout the country as well as the legal right to license third parties (licensees) to use/rent the property in exchange for royalties. As Licensor, I am offering an opportunity to exploit the design of Sign Cone in the U.S.A. in state-wide exclusive territories. Only American companies domiciled in the USA are eligible.
IS THIS A FRANCHISE?
No. This is an opportunity to build a business from the scratch up, centered around the use of the Sign Cone Trademark and Design. There are no franchise fees or red tape and Licensees are free to run their own business as they see fit. Licensees are expected to abide by the terms of the License Agreement as well as adhere to a Quality Control policy. This is an opportunity to have "exclusive" legal right to market Sign Cone products throughout their state-wide territory. Licensees always keep 100% of profits minus annual royalties.
HOW MUCH ARE ROYALTIES?
After one free year, Licensees pay a royalty of .01 cents per unit. This rate never goes up.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES?
